How I Help
With almost 40 years of computer experience, and 15 years online, you would be partnering with a “seasoned” computer whiz who treats your work and business as if my own. That means I care about what you do and strive to provide quick and accurate turn around.
And because of my vast knowledge, astonishing memory, extensive computer expertise and skill sets, I bring a strong ‘work ethic’ and high level qualities to my clients’ business.
I AM not your typical VA. In fact, I was online before that was a thing. And the term is actually an industry, not a title. Much like Help Desk . . . an industry that was created when everyone got a personal computer on their desk and didn’t know what to do with them. That’s where I cut my teeth . . . showing end users how to do what they wanted to do on their computers.
So, yes, while I can handle any administrative tasks needed, my “wheelhouse” is technical, as well as troubleshooting what isn’t working so it does work. And if I don’t know something or how to do something, I WILL find out. It’s part of that Expert Help Desk Support background. 🙂
